Our Canal Print features a view of the Northern end of the Rideau Canal skating rink, the Corktown Footbridge and the Chateau Laurier. As you probably already know, at a whopping 7.8 KM, every winter the Rideau Canal is transformed into the world's largest skating rink with an equivalent surface area of 90 Olympic ice hockey rinks, and if anyone spits an Ottawa fact, it's probably that one!
The print itself is white foil on colour cardstock. Foil printing is a unique style that allows for high contrast, crisp lines, however also shows a subtle amount of texture adding character to the piece. It's also designed and in printed right here in Ottawa.
